Steel fibres for concrete
Steel fibres for concrete are ideally shaped to reinforce the material. They are particularly suitable for concrete with a static function, for example for floors. The 1.05 mm diameter iron wires for concrete have a bare surface and reinforce the concrete mixture evenly. They thus increase shear strength, impact and crack resistance. They are also more economically advantageous than conventional steel concrete reinforcement. These fibres are generally referred to as dispersed reinforcement.

Reinforcing the floor with steel fibres in the concrete is not too laborious. These fibres also bridge any cracks in the concrete. They are made of iron wire with a double bend and are therefore ideally shaped for floor reinforcement.
The steel fibres in the concrete distribute the stress between the joints formed in the base material. The fibres are also added to the concrete in case cracks occur. The use of a minimum concrete layer is also an advantage. They are suitable for standard interior industrial floors and parking areas.

Concrete wires are mainly used for industrial applications when dealing with concrete floors. Builders and do-it-yourselfers tend to opt for conventional steel reinforcement, which are connected by fixing lashings - we offer these in various sizes. Choose wire diameters and mesh sizes to suit your implementation needs. A hobby or pro tie binder will be suitable for installation.
