Wire annealing

For our own purposes, we provide annealing of rolled wire in a protective atmosphere in special annealing furnaces. The result is light and black annealed wire. We process bare wire without surface treatment. We also stretch the wire using our own drawing plant.

Annealed wire

Annealing is a heat treatment process that is used to reduce hardness, increase ductility and eliminate internal stresses. Our annealing process results in uniform wire that is suitable for precision industrial applications. The uniformity of the wire lies in the narrowed tensile tolerance and tensile strength limits.
