to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and related legislation

This is to inform that:

1. All personal data provided by you are processed for a lawful reason, namely for the purpose of business cooperation, order processing and the creation of offers, or on the basis of your informed consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to: dops@dops.cz

2. Personal data is processed for the duration of the business cooperation or for as long as required by law.

3. If it is necessary to store your data, this is only done within the framework of the legal obligation to store and document this data, taking into account the data minimisation rule.

4.We will not sell your personal data to third parties or otherwise commercially exploit it in a similar way.

5. Please note that you have the right of access to your personal data, the right to request an explanation or rectification of the situation in accordance with the GDPR and other legislation.

This is to declare and give assurance that:

1. it acts as a data controller within the scope of business cooperation in relation to the personal data of data subjects that it has obtained, directly or indirectly, from data subjects (hereinafter referred to as "personal data") within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR.

2. in the collection and further processing of personal data, it acts in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and other legislation.

3. complies with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation and implements the requirements of the GDPR and related legislation.

4. has put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure and be able to demonstrate that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable and effective data protection regulation.

5. is aware of its full responsibility for the processing of personal data and the consequences associated with the breach of the obligations imposed on it as a data controller by the applicable and effective data protection legislation, represented in particular by the GDPR.
